Since 2013 Chip has been working within the aerospace manufacturing industry at a world class CNC Machining facility. His experience developed in-depth knowledge of 5-axis CNC milling, CAM programming, machine tooling, project management, sales, and leadership.

Chips holds an Energy Systems Engineering Degree from Oregon State University.

With experience in a variety of customer forward focused positions topped with an appetite for quality and precision, Monique is a master at developing and operating production flow and part tracking right up to client delivery.

Monique holds a Sociology Degree with a Minor in Astronomy from the University of Portland.

As CFO and business advisor for NWPS, Peter holds over 35 years of entrepreneurial experience mastering the art of customer service and business development. Peter’s energies are focused on managing the growth of NWPS, allowing NWPS to rapidly fill a void in US based manufacturing needs.
